🔴 Issue: Stirring Rod Stoppage (Prime)Updated 26 minutes ago


1️⃣ Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Watch the video above and perform the Magnet Check.
  • Keep the unit powered ON during this test.
  • Slowly move a magnet along the left side of the lid's interior.
  • The moment the LED light turns OFF, stop and hold the magnet steady at that spot for 10–15 seconds.
  • If working properly, the stirring rod should begin to rotate.
  • ⚠️ The small lid may flip backward during the test — please hold it in place.

2. 📹 Record and share a video of your own Magnet Check.

3. 📹 Manually rotate the stirring rod paddle by hand (power OFF for safety), and record/share this test as well.




2️⃣ Please check your results:

  1. Magnet Test result: Did it rotate or not?
  2. Paddle Rotation Test result: Rotates easily with no resistance / or heavy resistance and difficult to rotate?


If Magnet Test = Not rotated Paddle Rotation = Easy (no resistance):
➡ This may require internal inspection. Please see(click👉) "Internal Component Check – Photo Guide" for the next step and submit the requested internal photos.

If Magnet Test = Not rotated ➕ Paddle Rotation = Heavy resistance:
This is likely a mixing motor issue. Please see(click👉) "How to Replace Mixing Motor" for the next step.


If Magnet Test = Rotated normally:

This is a normal result — no defect detected in the stirring rod mechanism. Please share a photo of the microbes inside the unit so we can check for other possible causes.




3️⃣ Please submit the following:

  3. Current Address
  4. Contact Number
  5. Magnet Test result (rotated or not)
  6. Paddle Rotation Test result (easy rotation / heavy resistance)
