🔗 Mixing Motor Replacement Video
1️⃣ Please submit the following:
Fill out our "Contact Form" — select "Report an issue" as the subject, then include the following in the message box:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Current Address
- Contact Number
- Magnet Test result (rotated or not)
- Paddle Rotation Test result (easy rotation / heavy resistance)
- Issue description
📎 Photo attachment: Attach the Unit Serial Number photo directly using the Attach Files button.
🔗 Video links: Since video files are often larger than the form's 10MB limit, please upload your Magnet Check video and Paddle Rotation test video to Google Drive or a similar file-sharing service, set sharing to "Anyone with the link," and paste both links in the message box.
2️⃣ Self-repair eligibility & cost
Once we confirm self-repair eligibility, we will let you know whether the mixing motor replacement is covered free of charge (within warranty) or requires payment (out of warranty), based on your unit's warranty status.
