🔧How to Check Internal Components (Prime)Updated 2 days ago

Please refer to "Stirring Rod Stoppage Issue (Prime)" and complete the Magnet Test and manual Paddle Rotation Test described there.

Reencle's internal structure consists of 3 vertically interlocking gears. Because these gears are engaged with one another, the stirring rod should not rotate easily by hand — heavy resistance is normal.

🔴 DefectNot rotated Easy (no resistance)

If your stirring rod rotates easily by hand, this is not normal. This may indicate one of the following internal issues:

1️⃣ Loose or missing motor bolts – The mixing motor is secured by four bolts. If any are loose or missing, the stirring rod may turn too easily by hand.

2️⃣ Gear disengagement – The upper gear, middle gear, and mixing motor gear may not be vertically aligned/engaged properly, causing the gears to disengage from one another.

To help us confirm the cause, please check whether your unit's internal components match the reference condition, and take a clear photo of the internal parts for our review.

⚠️ Please ensure the screws on the gear cover (the black plastic part) are securely tightened afterward.
