Reporting a security issue

Any Reencle customer can report a vulnerability observed on a Reencle internet-connected product to [email protected]. Reports may be submitted anonymously; you do not need to provide any personal information. If you share your contact information, we will acknowledge receipt of your report within 7 business days by email, and we will provide status updates at least every 30 days until the issue is resolved.

All security updates are delivered through firmware updates. The defined support period for security updates is:
