📌 If you haven't completed the Magnet Test / Paddle Rotation Test yet, please refer to 👉 "Stirring Rod Stoppage Issue (Gravity)"for test instructions.

⚠️ Video confirmation is required before any part is shipped.
Our team must visually verify your Magnet Test and Paddle Rotation Test (plus Noise video, if applicable) before approving a mixing motor replacement. Written test results alone are not sufficient — this step ensures we send the correct part on the first attempt, rather than requiring a second replacement due to misdiagnosis.

2️⃣ Please submit the following:

1. Click "Contact Form"

2. Fill out "Full name" and "Email"

3. Select "Report issue" as the subject

4. Include the following in the message box

  • Order Number
  • Current Address
  • Contact Number
  • Magnet Test result (rotated or not)
  • Paddle Rotation Test result (easy rotation / heavy resistance)
  • Issue description

5. Attach the photo directly using the "Attach Files"button.

  • Photo of the serial number sticker (the gray/white rating label)

6. 🔗 Video links: Since video files are often larger than the form's 10MB limit, please upload your Magnet Check video and Paddle Rotation test video to Google Drive or a similar file-sharing service, set sharing to "Anyone with the link," and paste both links in the message box.

  • Magnet Check video
  • Paddle Rotation Test video
  • Noise video (required only if reporting a noise issue)

 3️⃣Self-repair eligibility & cost

Once we confirm self-repair eligibility, we will let you know whether the mixing motor replacement is covered free of charge (within warranty) or requires payment (out of warranty), based on your unit's warranty status.

⚠️ All items above must be submitted together. Incomplete submissions will delay processing, as we cannot proceed to the next step — shipping the replacement part or issuing an invoice — until all information is received.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us process your request as quickly as possible.
