🔴 Issue: Stirring Rod Stoppage (Gravity)Updated an hour ago

1️⃣ Troubleshooting steps

  1. Watch the video above and perform the Magnet Check.
  • Keep the unit powered ON during this test.
  • Slowly move a magnet along the RIGHT side of the lid's interior.

  • The moment the LED light turns OFF, stop and hold the magnet steady at that spot for 10–15 seconds.
  • If working properly, the stirring rod should begin to rotate.
  • ⚠️ The small lid may flip backward during the test — please hold it in place.

2. 📹 Record and share a video of your own Magnet Check.


3. 📹 Manually rotate the stirring rod paddle by hand (power OFF for safety), and record/share this test as well.




2️⃣ Please check your results

  1. Magnet Test result: Did it rotate or not?
  2. Paddle Rotation Test result: Rotates easily with no resistance / or heavy resistance and difficult to rotate?
  3. Microbe volume: Is the amount of microbes too much? If so, please scoop out some of the excess so the level stays at or below the MIN line. Both the Magnet Test and Paddle Rotation Test must be performed with the stirring rod clearly visible.
  4. Microbe condition: Please also check whether the microbes are excessively wet or muddy.

This is a normal result — no defect detected in the stirring rod mechanism. Please share a photo of the microbes inside the unit so we can check for other possible causes.

 



3️⃣ Please submit the following


1. Click "Contact Form"

4. Include the following in the message box

  • Order Number
  • Current Address
  • Contact Number
  • Magnet Test result (rotated or not)
  • Paddle Rotation Test result (easy rotation / heavy resistance)

5. Attach the photo directly using the "Attach Files"button.

  • Photo of the serial number sticker (the gray/white rating label)
