⚫My microbes are climbing up the inner walls — what should I do?Updated 2 hours ago
This can happen when the microbe level becomes too high or the material becomes compacted. It is generally not a cause for concern.
How to resolve it
Check the microbe level. Keep the level at or below the recommended range. If it is above the MAX line, scoop out the excess and either use it as compost or dispose of it appropriately.
Break up any compacted microbes. If the microbes feel hardened or clumped together, use the included shovel or wear gloves to gently break them apart. This helps improve airflow and allows the microbes to mix more evenly inside the chamber.
Continue normal operation. Once the microbe level is back within the recommended range, continue using your Reencle as usual.
