What is the Try at Home Subscription?

The Try at Home plan lets you experience Reencle in your own home with no long-term commitment. Pay month to month, and if it’s not the right fit, return it anytime — no questions asked.

Important Notes

  • Microbe starter packs and carbon filters are not automatically shipped on a recurring schedule.

  • If you need replacement microbes or carbon filters during your active subscription, please contact us at [email protected].

  • When requesting refill supplies, please include:

    • Current shipping address

What’s Included with Your Subscription

  • No long-term commitment — cancel anytime, no cancellation fees.

  • Full coverage — if your unit experiences an issue from normal household use, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Option to buy — want to keep it? You can request a Purchase Quote at any time to transition to full ownership.


Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your subscription anytime by logging in at try.reencle.co. No password needed — just enter your email to receive a login link.


Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s how it works:


How to Cancel

  • Log in at try.reencle.co and submit a cancellation request through your account, or

  • Contact us directly at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it for you.


Once your cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be made.


Returning the Unit

After your cancellation is processed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Simply pack the unit and drop it off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

At this time, we do not offer a pause option. You are welcome to cancel and re-subscribe at any time.


What happens to my microbes if I return the unit?

Unfortunately, microbes cannot be reused after return. We recommend discarding them according to your local composting guidelines.


Can I upgrade from Prime to Gravity?

What if my unit has an issue?

Reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will assess the issue. Replacements are provided at no extra cost for problems arising from normal household use.
