1. Symptom Check : Confirm whether either of the following symptoms is present

The inner film of the chamber is peeling off, and/or

Bubbling on the inner film of the chamber (which may occur before the film starts peeling)

Does your unit show peeling and/or bubbling on the inner chamber film, matching the reference photo above?

✅ If confirmed:

➡ This issue may be related to the fermentation of different types of food waste. We are actively testing various materials to identify the root cause.

📍 For customers in "the United States": We have extended the warranty to 3 years for peeling issues.

Within warranty period: The refurbished unit will be provided free of charge.
Outside warranty period: You will need to purchase the refurbished unit.

💡 Please note:

Refurbished units are shipped without any additional components (such as carbon filters, microbes, shovel, etc.)
Refurbished units may show signs of previous use, such as cosmetic imperfections, scratches, or slight discoloration of the inner chamber.
These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the functionality of the unit.
