1. Symptom Check

Confirm whether your unit shows any of the following:

Buttons turning on/off automatically, without being pressed
The Top Cover (small lid) opening/closing automatically and buttons malfunctioning at the same time
Power appears to be on (unit interior feels warm, stirring rod is rotating), but no lights appear on the buttons — even though sound is present
