We strongly recommend using your Reencle unit only in the country where it was originally purchased, as the voltage and plug configuration are matched specifically to that region.

⚠️ If the unit is brought to and used in a different country, free warranty service will not be available — even if the unit is still within the warranty period.

This applies regardless of the reason for relocation (travel, moving, gifting, etc.). Damage or malfunction resulting from use with an incompatible voltage or an unauthorized power adapter is not covered under warranty.
