How to Pack the Unit
- Use the original box if available — it's designed for the unit and offers the best protection in transit.
- If unavailable, source a suitable replacement box. Packaging cost is the customer's responsibility, and damage from inadequate packaging is not covered.
Refund Amount
Refund amount depends on what's being returned:

| Missing components | Value of missing items deducted — or customer may ship missing parts to HQ at their own expense before refund is finalized |
Before Shipping — Required Prep
- Discard the compost starter if opened/used.
- Completely empty any remaining compost from the chamber.
Refund Timing
- Refund is issued to the original payment method once the unit is received and inspected — typically appears within 3–5 business days, depending on bank/card issuer.
- Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or account.
- Amazon purchases returned within 30 days of delivery: refund is processed through Amazon, to the payment method on that order.
