2️⃣ When to Replace the Carbon
- Recommended cycle: every 9–12 months
- The device does not send an alert when the carbon needs replacing
- Sign to watch for: if you notice an odor around the device even while the cover is fully closed, this usually means the carbon filter is contaminated and needs to be refilled or replaced
3️⃣ Refill vs. Full Filter Replacement
- Want to reuse your existing filter case? → Use a Carbon Refill to replace just the activated carbon inside
- Want to replace the entire filter unit? → A full Carbon Filter(Gravity) Replacement is needed instead
4️⃣ How to Refill
- Remove the filter case from the device and open it
- Dispose of the used carbon outdoors
- Measure and pour in 440g of new activated carbon refill
- ⚠️ Do not exceed this amount — overfilling can restrict proper air circulation
- Reapply the original sticker to the cover
- Reinsert the filter case into the device
