RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-DAY RISK FREE TRIAL
You have 30 DAYS RISK FREE TRIAL to try Reencle in your home. If you aren’t satisfied, return within 30 days to get a full refund—Free return shipping and No restocking fees! (Returned units must be clean; a cleaning fee will be applied if returned with byproducts, used microbes or food wastes.)
DIRECT PURCHASE RETURNS (REENCLE.CO)
For Direct Purchase Returns:
If you purchased your Reencle directly from our website(reencle.co) and not through the Indiegogo campaign, we do accept returns. You can return Reencle, in unused or used condition in the original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened or used ReencleMicrobe™, shovels, filter refills, and carbon filters are non-returnable. Merchandise should be returned in the original product packaging as received.
To check the condition of the product, we may request for photos or videos of your product before proceeding with returns. Once we confirm that the product is eligible for return, we will create an RMA(see “Return and Refund Process” below) number to initiate return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email (within a reasonable period of time) whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your purchase price and process the refund in 3-5 business days. The credit(refunded amount) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that these refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account associated with the charge reversal.
If 30 days or more have passed since you received the unit, we cannot offer you a refund or return.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and components (shovel, filters, adapters, etc.)must be returned with the item.
Returns without the original packaging, components and documentation will be rejected or the cost of the missing items will be deducted from your refund amount.
INDIEGOGO(InDemand) RETURNS
Please note that a simple return(change of mind) or refund is not supported to the backers purchased through Indiegogo.com. Due to the nature of Pre-order and Crowdfunding, which accompanies large discounts. However, you are still covered by the 1-year warranty from date of purchase (which can be confirmed with a photo or copy of your receipt)
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items(Pre-order, Crowdfunding, Holiday Sales) are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
A Reencle unit subject to replacement must have all original items inside and be returned in the original product packaging.
Refunds or replacements are not supported if the product is damaged by misuse of the product.
RETAIL/AUTHORIZED SELLER PURCHASE RETURNS
If you’ve purchased your Reencle product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. For all purchases that originated from a retail partner and you are looking to return or exchange, please review your original receipt to understand the return policy of your respective retailer. If you are still within the retailer's return policy window, please contact the retailer directly so they can happily assist you with this. If certain retailers are officially supported by our reencle.co(Hanmi Flexible US Inc.) return policy you will be guided to the Reencle customer support team. Lastly, you are of course still covered by the 1-year warranty from date of purchase (which can be confirmed with a photo or copy of your receipt).
RETURN POLICY ON ALL ITEMS OTHER THAN REENCLE(PRIME)
Contact Reencle Support to arrange a return within thirty (30) days of receipt for refund consideration. Merchandise should be returned unopened and in the original product packaging as received. Opened ReencleMicrobe™, shovels, filter refills, and carbon filters, and furniture (stand) are non-returnable. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipment. The credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited upon receipt and inspection. Visit our returns page for more information.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
It can be disappointing if the Reencle is not not a good fit for you. We totally understand and want work to ensure your return process is as smooth as possible.
The main consideration for customers is to keep the box, which is custom made for the Reencle. The original box ensures the Reencle travels safe, and means we can make the Reencle available to another customer after finalizing the return. The box (including the inserts) folds flat for storage. If not kept, the return process is more difficult to complete smoothly.
For a timely and precise return or refund process please follow the instructions below:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Reencle Support.
Please contact our Help Center to file for a return. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
2. Prepare and package your Merchandise to return.
Important! Please take photos of the Reencle unit, packaging and the serial number sticker located near the barcode at the bottom of the box.

RETURNS INSTRUCTION
A. For Unused or Open Box Items :
- All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and components (shovel, filters, adapters, etc.)must be repackaged back inside the original box.
- Returns without the original packaging, components and documentation will be rejected or the cost of the missing items will be deducted from your refund amount
B. For Used(Within 30-Day Trial Period) or Damaged/Repair items :
- Please scoop out all the microorganisms and put them into a zipper bag(and get rid of food) You can use these for spare microbes.
- Decompose all the food waste in Reencle perfectly.
- Unplug, scoop out all of the byproduct from the Reencle, seal well and store the byproduct in a well-ventilated place. (avoid the sunlight)
- The byproduct can be reused if you keep well. Or dispose of it if you do not plan to use Reencle in the future.
- Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to an Additional $75 Cleaning Fee deducted from your refund.
3. Determine your shipping method.
If you're returning Reencle (Prime) beyond the 30-day trial period, a return fee of up to $70 will be deducted from your refund. For returns within the 30-day trial, no charges will apply. We will furnish you with a return shipping label for convenient home pickup via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Simply print the prepaid return shipping label received via email and affix it to the package containing all items. A delivery driver will notify you for pickup instructions. Alternatively, you may choose to visit a local carrier office (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to submit your return using the provided label. Please be aware that return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs.
4. Receive your refund.
Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card provider is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.
