PRODUCT WARRANTY
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR SERVICE
Reencle(Hanmi Flexible US Inc.) may restrict warranty service for hardware products to the country where Reencle or its Authorized Distributors/Resellers originally sold the products.
REENCLE™ LIMITED WARRANTY
STANDARD ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Reencle offers a 1-year warranty to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. During the applicable 1-year warranty period, Reencle, as its sole obligation, will either replace, repair or send necessary parts(genuine Reencle parts) for self-service repair with instructions(at Reencle's option) any product, part or component covered by this warranty which Reencle determines has failed under normal use as a result of a defect in material, parts or workmanship.
Reencle must receive a claim notice at [email protected] or Reencle Support ([email protected] /1-877-640-0681) within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days after discovery of the basis for the warranty claim. Images of the product issue may be required by Reencle to initiate a warranty claim. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser who acquired the new product from Reencle, or its authorized resellers. Any misuse, abuse, or modification to the original product voids the warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSION FROM WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to any non-Reencle branded hardware products, even if packaged or sold with Reencle hardware.
Non-Reencle branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty, which provides benefits in addition to consumer law rights - please check your product box and literature for details.
Service options may be limited if requesting service in a country that is not the country of purchase for the Reencle Product. In the event that service for the Reencle Product is not available in such country, Reencle will notify you of any additional charges for shipping and handling that may apply before rendering service.
When contacting Reencle via telephone, call charges may apply depending on your location. Please contact your network operator for details.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Reencle Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Reencle Product published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Reencle or an Reencle Authorized Reseller; (g) to an Reencle Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Reencle; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Reencle Product; or (i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Reencle Product, or (j) if the product is stolen or Reencle reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities.

If you are unable to solve the issue, please contact us at techsupport@reencle.co or Reencle Support Line at 1-877-640-0681 to submit details of your issue and/or to provide us with your name and a call back number. Please have the model number and Proof of Purchase information available to share with our customer service and support team when they reach out to you.
If it is determined that a replacement or part is necessary, shipping arrangements can be made directly with our customer service and support team(RMA service). Please note that turnaround time to address Warranty claims can take between 5-10 business days, plus shipping time, depending on your location and the type of damage or Warranty claim.
For additional protection of the product and to ensure secure handling when it is being returned for any Warranty repair or replacement, Reencle requires that you must use a shipping label provided through our RMA service. Reencle is not responsible for any damage while a Product is in transit or for Products not returned directly to Reencle.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS;LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES;ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE AS PROVIDED BY THE PROVISIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.
NONE OF REENCLE, ITS PARENT OR OTHER HOLDING COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AUTHORIZED RESELLERS AND PARTNERS AND AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES THEREOF, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES OR LOSSES FROM TRAVEL, LOST TIME, PERISHABLE GOODS, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, BUSINESS, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR CONTRACTS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ANY COSTS, EXPENSES OR OTHER CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION RESULTING FROM SUCH LOSS), OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY MALFUNCTION OF ANY PRODUCT OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. NOTE: SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO A PURCHASER RESIDING IN THOSE PARTICULAR JURISDICTIONS.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED BY THE PURCHASER UPON PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT THAT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, REENCLE IS NOT MAKING AND HAS NOT AT ANYTIME MADE ANY WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR LEGAL, ARISING FROM STATUTE, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, DURABILITY, TITLE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PURCHASER IS INFORMED AND IS AWARE OF HIS/HER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER ANY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL, LOCAL, MUNICIPAL, OR OTHER LAWS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION GOVERNING THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. THROUGH THIS WARRANTY, REENCLE PROVIDES LIMITED AND SPECIFIED RIGHTS TO THE PURCHASER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT. PURCHASER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER APPLICABLE RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT AND WARRANTY WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION AND WHICH ARE NOT OTHERWISE SET FORTH HEREIN.
IF ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE ADJUDGED TO BE ILLEGAL, INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS OF THE WARRANTY SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
