◻When Does the 60 Days Start?
The window starts on your delivery date (the date you receive the unit) — not your purchase or order date. You must submit your return request within 60 days of delivery — the deadline applies to when you submit the request, not to when the unit physically arrives back at Reencle.

Refund terms differ depending on what's being returned:
