Do I need an RMA number for a return? How do I get this?Updated 2 years ago

You will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the box along with your name so we can easily identify the returned unit. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Reencle Support. When receiving an RMA you will also be provided with return instructions. Returns that come back without an RMA may take excess processing time or be refused.
